Harvard Business School, founded in 1908, is the graduate business school of Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. It was originally located in Harvard Yard. The present campus, with its stately Georgian buildings following the gentle curve on the Boston side of the Charles River, was dedicated in June 1927.[1] His first Dean was Edwin Francis Gay. The current Dean of HBS is Jay O. Light.

In 1908, Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration established the world's first MBA program. In 1922, the Doctoral Program was established. Participants in the MBA and Executive Education programs engage in learning models tailored to their levels of experience. [1] In 1924, the case method was established as the primary method of instruction.

Owned by Harvard University. Harvard Business Publishing was founded in 1994; it is comprised of three market groups: Higher Education, Corporate Learning, and Harvard Business Review Group.
