Equiaxed Crystals

From Handwiki

Equiaxed crystals are crystals that have axes of approximately the same length. Equiaxed grains can in some cases be an indication for recrystallization[1].

Equiaxed crystals can be achieved by heat treatment, namely annealing and normalizing.
