Yellowstone National Park is a National Park located mostly in the state of Wyoming, with small portions of the park in Idaho and Montana. The park is known for its geothermal features such as geysers, hot springs, and mud volcanos. These form part of the Yellowstone Caldera, a supervolcano fed by a mantle plume welling up from beneath the Earth's crust.
