Barrister

From Conservapedia

A lawyer who is a specialist in court related work. In some common law jurisdictions, such as England, lawyers are divided into barristers and solicitors. Barristers concentrate on work either in court or on documentation for court. In other common law jurisdictions, such as the United States, the distinction between barristers and solicitors does not exist.
