Terry Jones (Pastor)

Terry Jones is the pastor of a small evangelical church (Dove World Outreach Center) in Gainesville, Florida. He attracted worldwide attention by announcing plans to burn copies of the Koran on the ninth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks. President Obama publicly asked him not to carry out this "stunt". [1] Jones was arrested before he could carry out his plan.[1]
