The Louisiana Rights of Convicted Individuals Amendment, also known as Amendment 19, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed modifications to the rights of convicted individuals with regard to voting, holding office and state employment.[1]
