A Bluffton Village Income Tax Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the village of Bluffton which is in Allen County.

This measure sought to add to the current village income tax by a rate of one-forth percent for a continuing period of time in order to help pay for sewer capital improvement costs in the village.[2]

Text of measure[edit]

The question on the ballot:

Shall the ordinance proposing a one-forth % levy on income for the purpose of water and sewer capital improvements only (replacing the existing one-forth % income tax for town hall improvements), commencing January 1, 2013, for a period of years not to exceed 15, be approved?[3]
