Woodstock (Peanuts)

From Conservapedia

Woodstock is Snoopy's bird companion in the Peanuts comic strip. A bird that can barely fly and also doesn't talk just as Snoopy doesn't talk, he gets himself in more trouble than Snoopy and isn't nearly as "cool". Nevertheless, they are good friends. Woodstock usually only interacts with Snoopy. Unlike most other birds, Woodstock does not seem able to fly properly, often seen flying upside down and crashing into a variety of objects. He makes his first official appearance as a character on April 4, 1967 (prior to that date, other birds had made appearances with Snoopy in the strip), but he was not named until the June 22, 1970 strip, when his name was revealed as Woodstock (after the hippie rock music festival of the same name).
