Legitimize Homosexuality

Efforts to legitimize homosexuality have included claims that the Judeo-Christian Bible never meant to condemn it; junk science claims that the perversion is more common than it really is; and activist pressure on mental health organizations to deny that it is a disorder. There is also political and social pressure to "tolerate" (i.e., give tacit or explicit approval) of the practice.
