Commercial Bumper

From Conservapedia

A commercial bumper usually comes in between a television show during commercial breaks. They can be found on both television and radio. They often have either a voice or music, denoting the television or radio station that its audience is watching or listening to. During the 1980s and 1990s, Nickelodeon, MTV, and Cartoon Network were fairly well known for making zany commercial bumpers.
