Mike Lindell
From Conservapedia Mike Lindell is the founder and CEO of pillow company My Pillow and a staunch supporter of Donald Trump. He has made several documentaries and interviews discussing the 2020 election fraud. In 2021, Lindell also founded a social media platform, FrankSpeech.
Mike Lindell pulled all advertisements from Fox News after they refused to air an ad promoting a virtual event where Lindell said he would share additional evidence of widespread voter fraud.[1]

Lindell v. FBI[edit]
While sitting in a Hardee's restaurant drive-thru in September 2022, Lindell was assaulted by the Biden FBI. Lindell is represented by Alan Dershowitz.[2]
Dominion Voting Systems Lawsuit[edit]
The multinational election fraud conglomerate Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit in federal court in Washington D.C. against MyPillow and its CEO Mike Lindell on February 22, 2021. Dominion claimed that Lindell spread "false" information that its voting machines rigged the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The complaint alleged, without proof, that Lindell "knowingly" spread "disinformation" that Dominion's voting systems stole the election in favor of Joe Biden. The complaint also alleges Lindell ran ads targeting people who believed what Dominion claimed were "conspiracy theories" about the election outcome.[3]
On August 11, 2021, a judge with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied to dismiss defamation suits brought by Dominion, against Lindell and others, over claims made relating to Dominion’s involvement in vote fraud during the 2020 presidential election. [4]
US District Judge Carl J. Nichols ordered all parties to the lawsuit to participate in “discussions about a consolidated discovery schedule.” Lindell and MyPillow met and conferred with the plaintiffs over Zoom and by email in late 2021. On January 6, 2022, they decided not to participate in the scheduling conferences. Lindell's lawyers said they were planning to appeal to the Supreme Court, Nichols' rejection of their motion to dismiss and that they wouldn't participate in discovery until then.[5] [6]

On April 19, 2021, Lindell countersued Dominion Voting Systems for $1.6 billion. [7]

On May 19, 2022, Lindell was ordered to pay legal fees and costs incurred by Dominion after his suit was dismissed. The judge ruled Lindell failed to properly allege a conspiracy by the two companies or back up his claim that they defamed him. The amount will be decided later. [8]
