Harris County, Texas

From Conservapedia

Harris County is the largest county by population in the state of Texas. It is the county seat of Houston. A very liberal county, most of its state representatives are Democrats. Houston, once being the largest city with Republican mayor, became very liberal, thus making Harris County a more Democrat-favoring area, despite the strong leanings of the Republican Party outside the city area, especially around the edge of the county.[1]
