Grima

Grima is one of the most evil characters in The Lord of the Rings. The men of Rohan called him Wormtongue, because of the way his lies and temptations 'wormed their way' into the heart of King Theoden. It took the intervention of Gandalf to expose him, and then everyone found out that he was a spy in the service of the evil wizard Saruman. Although Grima works for Saruman, he hates him, and eventually murders him when he gets a chance.
