Belhara is a small village of 424 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Belhara depends on Fatehpur (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Belhara's pin code is 225305[4], and village code is 05700400. The area of Belhara is segregated as 259 hectares irrigated area, 7.3 hectares unirrigated area. the 0.21 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 71 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Belhara has One post office (Belahara B.O) and Twelve public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Belhara has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Belhara is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 10504 and has total administration over 1628 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 756 (7.20%) males constitute 417 (3.97%) of the population and females 339 (3.23%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 3168 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 2616 male, 552 female with 1935 (61.08%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1682 males and 253 females. 472 males and 40 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 578 male and 142 female agricultural labor. 1233 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Fatehpur (NP) and Barabanki to sell carpet and make their living.
