Enemy Combatant

From Conservapedia

An enemy combatant refers to a soldier, unaffiliated with a formal enemy, who works by deceit and sabotage rather than traditional field combat. In traditional rules of war, an enemy combatant - like a spy - is not entitled to rule of war protections, just as soldiers wearing their enemy's uniforms as a ruse are not.

The term has been applied today in the war on terror and Islamofascist terrorist soldiers.
