Bank of America is a global banking and investment company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company was renamed in 1998 as Bank of America Corporation. Originally named the Bank of Italy in San Francisco and was founded in 1904 by Amadeo Giannini. It is one of the "Big Four" banks in the United States along with Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo. Bank of America is the fifth largest company in the United States.

Bank of America was recently listed as one of numerous leftist-controlled companies that have gone "woke" and now support the criminal rioters of Antifa and Black Lives Matter in the wake of the 2020 leftist riots.[1]
