There was a Bloomfied Foley Field Bond Measure on the March 9 ballot in Essex County for voters in the city of Bloomfield.

This measure sought to create a bond int he amount of $2.9 million in order to help make improvements and repairs to the field at the local school, such as replacing bleachers and installing a running track field. This measure would have increased local property taxes by $42.49 for the year.[1]
