Jezelus

Jezelus:

1. Father of Sechenias, the chief of a family that returned with Ezra from captivity (I Esd. viii. 32). In Ezra viii. 5 he is called "Jahaziel." 2. Father of Obadiah ( Abadias ), who was also one of the chiefs on the return from captivity (I Esd. viii. 35). In Ezra viii. 9 he is called "Jehiel."
