The General Services Administration (GSA) is a large federal agency that provides support services for the federal government. It is responsible for managing U.S. government communications, products, transportation, and buildings.[1]
The GSA is the epitome of federal bureaucracy, offering a multitude of examples of big government at its worst. For example, a conference in Las Vegas for government employees, organized by the GSA, cost over $820,000 of taxpayer money.[2] This led to the GSA head resigning and other high-ranking employees being fired.
