Motherwell

From Conservapedia

Motherwell is a former industrial town in northern Lanarkshire, in central Scotland; its major period of growth occurred in the nineteenth century and was based on coal mining, iron and steel production, and heavy engineering. The site of the largest steelworks in Britain before World War I, it languished after the war, amalgamated with the neighbouring town of Wishart and finally received a body blow with the closing of the Ravenscraig strip mill in 1992.

The Motherwell Football Club still exists, though.
