Athlone
From Conservapedia Athlone (Irish: Baile Átha Luain) is a town of central Ireland, in County Westmeath, located at a strategic crossing point of the River Shannon. It is a major railway junction, and a garrison town for the Irish Army. Athlone has a population of 17,500.
