Hathga is a small village of 326 hectares in Soraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hathga depends on Phaphamu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply One tankOne tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Hathga's pin code is 211013[4], and village code is 05389600. The area of Hathga is segregated as 149 hectares irrigated area, 100 hectares unirrigated area.
Hathga has One public telephone. Hathga has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Hathga is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 5967 and has total administration over 1050 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 1106 (18.54%) males constitute 562 (9.42%) of the population and females 544 (9.12%).

The workforce is 1531 male, 793 female with 1569 (67.51%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1103 males and 466 females. 382 males and 102 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 119 male and 105 female agricultural labor. 755 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phaphamu and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
