A New Albany Plain Park District Levy Increase measure was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the East Knox school district area which is in Franklin and Licking Counties.

This measure was defeated

• YES 482 (49.23%)
• NO 497 (50.77%)d^[1]

This measure sought to increase the current district property tax which is set to expire at the end of the year with one set at a rate of 1 mill for a further period of time in order to continue to provide for current operational costs in the district.^[2]
