Francisco de Goya y Lucientes (born Fuendetodos, 30 March 1746 - Bordeaux, France, April 16, 1828) was an Spanish romantic painter.
Goya is considered "the Father of Modern Art". In the 18th century Goya dominated Spanish painting.
