NFL and drugs: the NFL does not suspend any players for any drug use of any kind. They can be fined, but as to cannabis it must be a very high level detected in their system before any monetary sanction is imposed.^[1]

This is in contrast with international testing standards for drug use by athletes, such as the Olympics which has stricter rules than professional sports in the United States.
