Kenya Kura (Japanese: 蔵 研也) is a Japanese eugenics supporter and pseudoscientist. He works as an assistant professor at the Foreign Language Department (formerly, he worked in the Faculty of Economics and Information Science) of the Gifu Shotoku Gakuen University
in Japan.[1] In 1988 he graduated from University of Tokyo
studying law. He claims to have a Ph.D. in economics.[2]
