Coburg City Sewer System Project Proposal Measure (March 2010)

From Ballotpedia

There was a Coburg City Sewer System Project Proposal Measure on the March 9 ballot in Lane County for residents in the city of Coburg.

This measure was approved

  • YES 243 (52.26%)Approveda
  • NO 222 (47.74)[1]

In March voters were asked if they wanted to approve a $25 million sewer treatment project. A local resident though had sued the city because the ballot language was unclear, it does not mention how much the project will cost, it just asks voters if they want it approved. This lawsuit did not have an affect on the election.[2]
