Paitiha is a small village of 973 hectares in Koraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Paitiha depends on Koraon (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply One tank. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Paitiha's pin code is 212104[4], and village code is 05672800. The area of Paitiha is segregated as 900 hectares unirrigated area. the 50 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 923 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Paitiha has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Paitiha is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 4989 and has total administration over 804 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 2120 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1232 male, 888 female with 1214 (57.26%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 799 males and 415 females. 326 males and 147 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 221 male and 157 female agricultural labor. 906 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Koraon (NP) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
