Electronic Countermeasures

Electronic countermeasures is the designation for the electronic operations which are designed to interfere with enemy radar, targeting systems, radio, or other active electronics systems. Often the systems are carried in aircraft like the EA-6B Prowler and EC-135, and other systems are carried on ships.
