Ian Fleming

Ian Lancaster Fleming (28 May 1908 – 12 August 1964), British officer of the Naval Intelligence Division during World War II who was partially-responsible for the success of Operation Mincemeat, as well as the creator and author of a series of novels featuring the espionage agent James Bond. However, one of his last books was the popular children's book "Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang".
