To continue to provide high quality education by acquiring, constructing, furnishing, and equipping a new multi-purpose room, repairing, renovating, replacing, redesigning and expanding school district facilities, to include, as needed, additional sites and facilities, shall the General Shafter School District issue $40,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, with specific citizen oversight, independent audits, no money for administrators' salaries, all funds benefitting General Shafter School District students?[2]
