Kharka is a small village of 301.2 hectares in Auraiya Tehsil in Auraiya district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kharka depends on Auraiya (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells and One handpump.
