Sohras is a small village of 272.7 hectares in Kaiserganj Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sohras depends on KAISERGANJ, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sohras's pin code is 271904[4], and village code is 06533100. The area of Sohras is segregated as 50.11 hectares irrigated area, 35.21 hectares unirrigated area.
Sohras has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Sohras is a census village in the district of Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 460 and has total administration over 83 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 61 (13.26%) males constitute 30 (6.52%) of the population and females 31 (6.74%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KAISERGANJ and Bahraich to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
