Glogauer, Moses Ben Ẓebi Hirsch:

German scholar; lived at Hamburg in the eighteenth century. He was the author of a work entitled "Ḥebel le-Haḥayot," a collection of ethical essays, puzzles, and charades (Altona, 1803).
