Sabalpura is a small village of 1190 hectares in Nainwa Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sabalpura depends on NAINWA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Sabalpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sabalpura's pin code is 323803[3], and village code is 02730000. The area of Sabalpura is segregated as 149 hectares irrigated area, 79 hectares unirrigated, the 107 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 84 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Sabalpura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Sabalpura is a census village in the district of Bundi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 936 and has total administration over 211 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Sabalpura has 134 children, 77 boys and 57 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 10 (1.07%) males constitute 5 (0.53%) of the population and females 5 (0.53%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 810 (86.54%) males constitute 435 (46.47%) of the population and females 375 (40.06%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NAINWA and Bundi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
