Thunder Road Group

Thunder Road Group is a Democratic 527 PAC that coordinates strategy for several liberal groups; Media Fund, America Coming Together and America Votes. TRG is named after a Bruce Springsteen song, "Thunder Road," whose lyrics declare, "It's a town full of losers, and I'm pulling out of here to win." Founded by Jim Jordan, campaign manager for John Kerry and an attorney with a long track record as a Democrat "spin doctor." ^[1] This group engages in opposition research and through TRG that the Shadow Party formulates its plans, dispatches orders to the network, and presents its public face to the world. They engaged in supporting a Democratic candidate in U.S. presidential election.
