Pahari is a small village of 398 hectares in Rajakhera Tehsil in Dholpur district, also known as the land of red stone in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pahari depends on RAJAKHERA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pahari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pahari's pin code is 328029[3], and village code is 01173900. The area of Pahari is segregated as 117 hectares irrigated area, 257 hectares unirrigated, the 1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 23 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Pahari has One post office (Pahari B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Pahari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Pahari is a census village in the district of Dholpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2015 and has total administration over 335 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Pahari has 322 children, 165 boys and 157 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 797 (39.55%) males constitute 415 (20.60%) of the population and females 382 (18.96%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJAKHERA and Dholpur to sell furniture making and make their living.
