Earnelle Winfrey was a judicial candidate for the Rockdale Judicial Circuit, Georgia.

2012 election[edit]

Winfrey ran against Robert F. Mumford and Gary W. Washington in the July 31 election and was defeated after receiving 21.5 percent of the vote.[1][2]

Mumford was the successful candidate, and will fill the seat left vacant by the retirement of Sidney L. Nation.
