Admah ("Red" Or "Red Land"):

A town named in the genealogical list of Canaan (Gen x. 19), whose king was Shinab (Gen. xiv. 2, 8). It was destroyed together with Sodom and Gomorrah. It is not mentioned in the narrative of the destruction of those two cities, but later accounts refer to it (Deut. xxix. 23; Hosea, xi. 8).
