Circuit Court Judges Caught Leaving Courthouses Early In Illinois

Illinois: An investigation by the FOX Chicago News caught four judges of the Illinois Cook Judicial Circuit Court leaving courthouses before their workdays were complete. Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court have demanded an explanation of the behavior from Judge Timothy C. Evans, Cook County's Chief Judge.[1]
