Galilean Relativity

Galilean relativity is as follows:

Two observers moving at constant speed and direction with respect to each other will observe all mechanical experiments obeying the same laws.

Henri Poincare called this the Principle of Relativity after he figured out how to reconcile it with electromagnetism and Lorentz transformations.
