Founding[edit]

Delaware was founded in Belgium in 2003^[1]^[2] as an independent partnership after a management buy-out from Andersen Consulting and Deloitte Belgium^[3].

Branding[edit]

When delaware was carved out of Andersen/Deloitte Belgium in 2003, it took up the brand Delaware Consulting. The name "Delaware" was converted from Delaware Computing, a subsidiary that was owned by Andersen Belgium.
