The Oregon Local Option Liquor Amendment, also known as Measure 11, was on the June 1, 1908 ballot in Oregon as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have granted voters of every city and town the ability to license, regulate, tax and prohibit the sale of liquors within their municipalities.[1]
