Nikhil Anand is an Indian entrepreneur, model, engineer, pageant organizer[3] and consultant. He belongs to the city of Darbhanga in the Indian state of Bihar and currently resides in the national capital city of New Delhi. He is the founder and chairman of the Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (commonly referred to as the Glamanand Group), the parent organization of Glamanand Supermodel India,[5] Miss Teen International (India), Miss Multinational and Miss Teen Diva[6][7] beauty pageants. [1][2][8][9][10]He is also the youngest international beauty pageant owner in the world.[2]

Early life and education[edit]

Nikhil was born in the city of Darbhanga in the Indian state of Bihar. He completed his school education from Bihar and later moved to New Delhi to pursue his university degree. He graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. During his university years, he started working as a model and entered the Mr. North India competition. In the year 2013, he established Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (an organization to organize beauty pageants).[2][8][3][9]

Career[edit]

In 2015, after the establishment of Glamanand Group, he was awarded the rights to select India’s representative to the Miss Earth 2015 beauty pageant held in the Philippines. The same year, he also received the rights to send India’s representative to the Miss International 2015 beauty pageant held in Japan. Both Aaital Khosla[11] and Supriya Aiman[12][13] represented India at these two international pageants respectively. In 2018, he organized Miss Teen International (India)] and Miss Multinational beauty pageants in India which were won by Odalys Duarte of Mexico[14][15]and Sophia Senoron[16][17][18] of the Philippines respectively. In 2020, he won the rights to send India’s representative to the Miss Grand International 2020 beauty pageant held in Thailand.[2][9][10] Currently, he owns 4 beauty pageants including Miss Teen Diva,[19][7] Miss Multinational, Miss Teen International and Glamanand Supermodel India[20] and also serves as the national director for the Miss Grand International beauty pageant in India.[1][3][21]
