Sandhan is a small village of 958 hectares in Kiraoli Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sandhan depends on Achhnera (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sandhan's pin code is 283101^[4], and village code is 01595000. The area of Sandhan is segregated as 763 hectares irrigated area, 26 hectares unirrigated, the 79 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 90 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sandhan is a census village in the district of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 6857 and has total administration over 992 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 1552 male, 147 female with 1430 (84.17%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1358 males and 72 females. 614 males and 22 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 311 male and 12 female agricultural labor. 269 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Achhnera (MB) and Agra to sell carpet and make their living.
