Udhran is a small village of 102.4 hectares in Belthara Road Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Udhran depends on Belthara Road , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Udhran's pin code is 221716[4], and village code is 09080700. The area of Udhran is segregated as 96.86 hectares irrigated area. the 5.53 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Udhran has One post office (Udharan B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Udhran has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Udhran is a census village in the district of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1396 and has total administration over 210 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 24 (1.72%) males constitute 7 (0.50%) of the population and females 17 (1.22%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 46 (3.30%) males constitute 21 (1.50%) of the population and females 25 (1.79%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Belthara Road and Ballia to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
