Wolfenbeutel

From Conservapedia

A suburb of Brunswick (German Braunschweig), Germany. Wolfenbeutel is locally famous for its tradition of elaborate meat teas ("high teas").[1]

Unlike most communities in Lower Saxony, Wolfenbeutel celebrates Carnival (German "Fasching") with aplomb. The director of the local Academy of Applied Sciences (the town's largest employer, formerly an ammunition factory) is ritually incarcerated and his place taken by a popularly elected Lord of Misrule, the "Samenbeschmutzter Mentalist", who enjoys unlimited power for several hours each Shrove Tuesday.
