Ashaini is a small village of 515 hectares in Bidhuna Tehsil in Auraiya district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ashaini depends on Dibiyapur (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers,Two canals and Two springs. Ashaini is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Ashaini's pin code is 206244[4], and village code is 04129500. The area of Ashaini is segregated as 369.24 hectares irrigated area, 38.62 hectares unirrigated area. the 57.36 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 49.88 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ashaini is a census village in the district of Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 4895 and has total administration over 876 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 987 (20.16%) males constitute 514 (10.50%) of the population and females 473 (9.66%).

According to a census 2011 report, 1268 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1183 male, 85 female with 1048 (82.65%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1004 males and 44 females. 683 males and 17 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 178 male and 12 female agricultural labor. 220 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dibiyapur (NP) and Auraiya to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
