Isauta is a small village of 90 hectares in Karchhana Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Isauta depends on Sirsa (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply which is 28.00% of the total supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Isauta's pin code is 212301[4], and village code is 05552500. The area of Isauta is segregated as 43 hectares irrigated area, 41 hectares unirrigated area. the 1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 5 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Isauta has One bank and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Isauta is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1202 and has total administration over 180 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 597 (49.67%) males constitute 318 (26.46%) of the population and females 279 (23.21%).

The workforce is 211 male, 173 female with 40 (10.42%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 25 males and 15 females. 4 males and 1 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 8 female agricultural labor. 344 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sirsa (NP) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
