California Cannabis Bills 2022

California cannabis bills 2022 including 10 new pieces of legislation all signed by California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Sunday, September 18, 2022.^[1]

Gov. Newsom signed these bills into law despite an ongoing expose by the Los Angeles Times of the immense amount of harm that cannabis is causing.

Most harmful of these new bills are:

• opening up the exportation by California of cannabis to other states, thereby spreading California's harm to the rest of the country
• prohibiting employers from testing for cannabis addiction in workers, or firing them for cannabis addiction
• prohibiting local towns from blocking phony "medical" cannabis deliveries
